Duesing explains that to be “for the church” is to be focused on local churches cooperating together for the sake of global evangelism and to see the knowledge of the glory of God among all peoples. Further to be “for the nations” is not another garment or tool or lens we wear or use, but rather is the natural, healthy outworking of what it means to have a gospel-centered focus.
